Damon has operated at the CFO and VP level across software, industrial distribution, and private investment — in Western Canada and into the US market.

As CFO of a Western Canada SaaS business, he completed three debt-financed acquisitions totaling more than $15M and led the company's divestment to a US-based private equity firm. Across operating roles, he has structured more than $50M of debt capital.

In industrial distribution, he restructured a large ABL credit facility — keeping personal guarantees off the table for ownership entirely. At a Western Canada family office, he led the investment portfolio to a 15% IRR across private equity, public markets, and fixed income — including closing on the acquisition of a Canadian Football franchise.

He now operates through RBI Partners — working directly with business owners and capital partners across the Western Canada lower middle market.
